ValueLabs is Hiring for GRC Analyst. Exp Level: 6+ years Location: Hyderabad/Indore Shift: 2PM-11PM Key skills: 1. Support Risk Management Framework, assess gaps, monitor Vendor Risk management & BitSight, Third-party VRM PFA JD : Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework. Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks across various operational areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified gaps and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and analyze vendor risk management activities to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols. Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to governance, risk, and compliance. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining key risk findings and recommendations. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support as required. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the field of risk management and compliance. Core Skill Set: Strong understanding of Risk Management Frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and gap analyses. Experience in monitoring and evaluating Vendor Risk Management processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good to Have Skill Set: Familiarity with BitSight or similar third-party risk management platforms.
