Risk Compliance & Governance Lead - L2

The purpose of your role is to lead and manage security requirements, recommending specific improvement measures to maintain the security posture of the organization. You will be responsible for leading Risk and Compliance initiatives to protect sensitive information. This includes driving Risk Management, Regulatory and Contractual compliance, diagnosing the customer's preparedness for cybersecurity, building risk governance, ensuring policies and standards are in place, monitoring risk controls, and acting as a point of contact for risk management escalations. You will also be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on risk, building effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring audit compliance, and coordinating with the IT team on addressing audit findings. Additionally, you will be responsible for Team Management, where you will define expectations, assign goals, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, guide team members" professional development, and drive engagement initiatives for the team. You will also track team satisfaction scores and identify engagement initiatives. Your performance will be measured based on adherence to the established risk and compliance framework, disaster recovery procedures, and mandatory skills in L&P Policy Acquisition & Servicing.
