Risk Compliance & Governance Lead - L2

Role Overview: As the Risk Compliance & Governance Lead - L2 at Wipro Limited, your role is to lead and manage security requirements to maintain the security posture of the organization. You will be responsible for driving risk management, regulatory and contractual compliance, diagnosing the level of preparedness for cybersecurity, and proposing solutions to clients. Additionally, you will govern the design and rollout of common compliance frameworks, ensure policies and standards are in place to manage risks, monitor risk controls, and act as a point of contact for risk management framework escalations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Risk and Compliance to protect sensitive information - Drive Risk Management, Regulatory and Contractual compliance - Diagnose the level of preparedness for cybersecurity and health - Build appropriate risk governance with client partners and internal stakeholders - Govern design and rollout of Common Compliance frameworks - Ensure policies, processes, and standards are in place to identify, assess, measure, manage, and report risks - Manage security requirements including regulatory requirements as per customer demands - Monitor risk controls like access controls, backup, recovery, network security, etc. - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on risk for the team - Responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with Key stakeholders - Ensure all required controls are implemented, documented, and monitored for audit compliance - Coordinate with IT team members to address IT audit findings - Monitor overall cyber health of the customer and suggest corrective measures - Team Management - Clearly define expectations for the team - Assign goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback - Guide team members in acquiring relevant knowledge and developing professional competence - Educate the team on Wipro guidelines and Revenue Assurance Manual - Ensure Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team - Employee Satisfaction and Engagement - Lead engagement initiatives for the team - Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives for team engagement Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: L&P Policy Acquisition & Servicing - Experience: 8-10 Years Join Wipro, a company focused on digital transformation, where you can reinvent yourself, your career, and your skills.
