Job Description

Role & responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and perform Process Reviews, including determining audit objectives and scope, identifying and assessing risks, developing time budgets and audit programs, and ensuring adequate documentation for each review Using knowledge/ expertise in performing reviews to determine compliance with all pertinent statutes, policies, procedures, effectiveness in meeting operational requirements, efficiency, and sound accounting principles and practices and provide recommendation for improvement of governance framework/ correct deficiencies Follow up on action plans to substantiate/evaluate the implementation of agreed changes Building and monitoring the framework around Self Assessment submitted by process owners on Business Operational Compliances/ KPIs Establishing and review of continuous control monitoring framework across business units Review of statutory compliances reported by the process owners on the Compliance Tool Identify areas vulnerable to fraud and perform reviews to identify the possible fraudulent activities and ways to controls the same Handle the whistleblower complaints and perform investigations to recommend actions as per Companys Policy and pluck the gaps in the process Liasoning between the internal auditors and the process owners on the Internal Audit (IA) Open Points including validation of Action Items mentioned as Implemented by the process owners To align with multiple stake holders across levels and Business Units for suggested improvement opportunities and their implementation Presentation to the CFO, AMBs and Senior Management Perform other related duties, as assigned.
