Responsibilities include: - Analyzing risk and compliance assurance to safeguard sensitive information - Identifying risk and compliance issues at all levels based on updates - Analyzing common compliance frameworks and ensuring the presence of policies, processes, and standards - Conducting quarterly audits, sample testing, and reporting risks - Communicating assurance findings to clients promptly - Monitoring remediation efforts on assurance findings and ensuring the closure of open points - Implementing, documenting, and monitoring all necessary controls to ensure complete audit compliance - Collaborating with IT team members to address IT audit findings promptly - Providing timely and accurate reporting and documentation to management as required - Conducting annual SOC preparedness audits to validate secure system setups and customer data privacy maintenance - Offering corrective measures for cybersecurity issues and delivering timely support and future recommendations Performance parameters and measures include: 1. Adherence to established risk and compliance framework (% deviation from audit, release audit scores, closure on audit points, cyber health of the organization, audit timelines) 2.
