In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise in insurance/reinsurance and underwriting processes to facilitate transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams and engage with the Onsite Team. Your responsibilities will include transaction processing for the Underwriting Support Teams, communication with the Onsite Team, managing Risk Clearance, Bind & Issue, Endorsement Processing, Renewal Processing tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of cases with a focus on customer service excellence. You will be expected to handle varying workloads efficiently, meet targets, process system transactions within the established authority levels, and support Conversion activities as required.
