Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices to stakeholders. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Experience working with financial data and systems, including risk management software. Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to identify potential threats to the organization. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and report on risk performance metrics to senior management. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance risk management practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in risk management. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with risk management software and tools. Ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.

The incumbent will be part of a function, which is responsible for: Evaluating, analysing, reporting and managing the Compliance matters of the Firm Maintaining the focus on contributing to and driving the overall risk management strategy of the Firm Span of Control: Be the custodian of Compliance matters related to (a) Conflict Check (b) SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading (c) Data Privacy; and (d) Contractual Risk Qualification: LLB + CA / CS / MBA Post Qualification Experience: 2+ years in Compliance Reporting to: Senior Manager - Risk Audit & Compliance JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent will primarily be in charge of: Participate in the day-to-day operational aspects of Compliance matters related to a. Conflict Check b. SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading c. Data Privacy; and d. Contractual Risk Build working relationships and engage closely with senior management from the Legal Practices as well as the Allied Professionals of the Firm. Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure that Compliance procedures are followed. Conduct internal investigation and follow up of Compliance exceptions and issues. Adequately report and, if needed, escalate material Compliance exceptions and issues. Contribute to and drive overall risk management strategies for the Firm, based on assessment and evaluation of relevant risks. Develop, update, and disseminate written policies and procedures related to Compliance activities and overall risk management strategies. Adequately and effectively use the available software technology solutions in place at the Firm to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required Compliance areas, including suggest continual improvements to the solution, if any Maintain documentation of Compliance activities with a focus on prudence, parsimony, clarity and traceability. Keep a watch on the pulse of the Firm as well as the external environment to discuss and act on emerging Compliance issues. Provide employee training on Compliance related topics, policies, or procedures, as well as emerging topics and trends in Compliance. Participate in the development of related training content by collaborating with the Firms L&D function. As needed, aid internal or external auditors in Compliance reviews, including response to client or auditor queries on Compliance topics. Prepare and present impactful management reports regarding Compliance operations and projects or initiatives. CANDIDATE PROFILE EDUCATION AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE LLB (must) + C.A. / C.S. / MBA (any one is preferable). Prior experience in a Professional Services / Consulting firm / Big 4 will be an added advantage. Prior experience in a corporate setup from the Banking and Financial Services industry would be an added advantage. Any relevant Certifications obtained will be a plus. COMPETENCIES (SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES) Excellent analytical skills, with demonstratable and relevant experience in: o Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Cloud-based applications; and, o Basic to moderate levels of data analytics to support Compliance day-to-day operations and projects Well-honed interpersonal skills Ability for multi-tasking and switching focus based on priority and demands of the organization, Attention to detail as well as the ability to appreciate the larger picture Excellent written and oral communication.
