Dear Candidates, Huge Opening Fraud Investigation / Transaction Monitoring/ KYC - SAL UPTO 7.5LPA ( Walk-In ) ONLY WALKIN INTERVIEW Job Responsibilities: Monitor fraud queues to eliminate the fraud risk from the customer accounts and ensure risky transactions are stopped Conduct thorough investigations using internal tools to detect fraudulent activity Review chargeback data to identify meaningful patterns Deliver a best-in-class, truly delightful experience to Toast restaurants and prospects through successful communication (both written and verbal) Provide insights on fraud trends for different Toast fintech products Discuss and work on the escalations to provide best solutions for customers Suggest and implement improvements to existing fraud SOPs and methodologies Provide insights to Data Analyst, Product and Engineering Teams to improve the existing fraud tools and procedures. Roles : Transaction Monitoring. Risk Assessment & Management. Fraud and Financial Crime Prevention. Internal Controls and Monitoring. Reporting and Documentation. Fraud and Financial Crime Prevention. Liaison with Regulators and Auditors. Risk Mitigation Strategy Development.
