Risk Analyst-AWM Supervision

Role Overview: As an Analyst at Ameriprise India LLP, your main responsibility will be to support supervision functions of client facing documents, communications, and investment products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be expected to identify potential irregularities/red flags while maintaining agreed service levels and commitments. Your role will involve providing support to Registered Principals and Supervision leaders in conducting supervision by analyzing documents and processes, data aggregation, reporting, and similar activities. It is essential to complete tasks within pre-defined SLAs and maintain required quality parameters. Additionally, you will be required to help identify efficiencies through innovation using Lean methodologies. Managing multiple and changing priorities, expectations, and concerns while working closely with business partners will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 1st level analysis of documents and processes for supervision - Conduct data aggregation and reporting activities - Complete tasks within pre-defined SLAs and maintain quality parameters - Identify efficiencies through innovation using Lean methodologies - Manage multiple and changing priorities, expectations, and concerns - Work closely with business partners in a focused and responsive manner - Maintain reporting and process documentation for Business Continuity purposes Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent - 1-3 years of relevant experience - Intermediate level of MS Excel - Knowledge of US financial system, regulatory environment, financial products/services About Our Company: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years to help clients plan and achieve their financial objectives.
