We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in editing engaging short-form content, especially reels for social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects , with a solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics tailored to digital audiences. Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality short-form video content (primarily reels for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using Adobe Premiere Pro. Create dynamic motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, or producers to align visuals with brand voice and goals. Optimize videos for social platforms, maintaining aspect ratios, captions, hooks, and timing standards. Select music, sound effects, and B-roll to elevate engagement. Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all videos. Meet deadlines and handle feedback constructively for revisions. Requirements: Proven experience editing reels or similar short-form content. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices for video engagement. Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into a polished final product. Basic knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and exporting settings. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a sense of visual rhythm. Good communication and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Portfolio or showreel of past work (reels, motion graphics, etc.). Experience working with brands, influencers, or content creators. Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Audition, etc.).

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of influencer marketing, strong understanding of social media platforms, and a clear view of the digital ecosystem. Strong client relationships and a proven track record in revenue generation through strategic brand partnerships are a must.
