Familiarity with RIP software (e.g., ONYX, Caldera) and design file formats (PDF, AI, CDR) is necessary. Strong attention to detail, ability to work with precision, and good communication and problem-solving skills are essential. You should also be able to lift and move printing materials and products, have flexibility to work shifts and meet tight deadlines. Preferred skills include knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Photoshop, experience with engraving machines or CNC routers, ability to handle urgent and bulk orders efficiently, and understanding of color management and calibration. A deep understanding of ICC profiles, RIP software (such as Onyx, Caldera), and CMYK color workflows is required. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of substrate behavior and ink absorption for phone cases and tech accessories, along with experience across UV, sublimation, and pigment/solvent-based printers.
