Job Title: Retail Counter Sales Executive – RIOM Jewels Location: RIOM Jewels, Ashok Nagar, Rajmahal Square, Bhubaneswar – 751009, Odisha Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Thursday Off* – except during events, seasons, or festivals) About RIOM Jewels Established in 2008, RIOM Jewels is a trusted name in 22K & 18K Gold, Silver, and Diamond jewellery. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality jewellery and excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a professional and friendly approach. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces. Handle billing and payment processes accurately. Maintain daily sales records for management review. Ensure jewellery counters are organized, clean, and visually appealing. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on the latest jewellery designs, trends, and product knowledge. Requirements: Male/Female candidates are welcome. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred). Experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge for sales reporting.
