About the job: Key Reponsibilities: 1. Prepare, format, and finalize multilingual documents for translation, ensuring consistency with client specifications and brand guidelines. 2. Work on layout adjustments, font compatibility, and design adaptation across different languages (including those with special characters and right-to-left scripts). 3. Preform pre-processing of source files and post-processing of translated files for print, digital, and online publishing. 4. Handle file conversions (PDF, Word, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.) and ensure editable formats are maintained. 5. Check for formatting errors, text expansion/shrinkage issues, missing characters, broken layouts, and incorrect styles after translation. 6. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Linguists, and QC teams to deliver error-free output within project deadlines. 7. Manage version control and ensure proper file organization and archiving for all projects. 8. Perform quality checks on graphics, charts, tables, and images to ensure they align with the translated content. 9. Suggest process improvements and contribute to developing DTP best practices within the team. About Company: We are into language services where we provide services such as translation, transcription, localization, and voice-over in more than 50 languages. We have our in-house translation platform called Rian. It is a CAT (computer-aided translation) tool.
