Roles and Responsibilities Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat sales and referrals. Identify potential clients through various channels such as social media, networking events, and online platforms. Develop a deep understanding of client needs by conducting research on their business goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (preferably). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. Strong convincing skills with ability to negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Promote products/services to prospective customers over the phone. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in the database. Follow up with customers for feedback. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Stay informed about product details, pricing, and company updates. Key Skills and Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in [ Marathi ]. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or a sales/customer service role (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent .
