To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in 3D Animation with strong animation skills, hands-on experience with Motion Capture techniques, knowledge and expertise in Rigging processes, and adeptness in using Blender for 3D modeling and animation. Attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills are crucial. Prior experience in the animation industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
