About Us: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Manager to lead our Rider Management efforts for the dedicated cities of Tata 1MG . Job Summary: As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a skilled team of riders to serve our dedicated store/fulfillment center (FC). You will lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of riders to ensure seamless delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: Rider Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit talented riders aligned with organizational needs and culture Ensure onboarding with all required and verified documents Rider Training: Train onboarded riders on the app features and standard grooming practices Ensure a customer-centric delivery experience Team Management: Collaborate with the growth team to understand rider capacity needs Ensure timely and efficient onboarding to meet operational demand Leadership: Lead by example and motivate riders to meet delivery targets Foster a performance-driven and positive work culture Delivery Efficiency: Optimize live percentage of riders daily Monitor delivery success rate and reliability metrics Rider Management: Ensure rider activeness and resolve rider complaints Maintain high performance levels within the fleet Fleet Management: Manage and monitor the entire rider fleet assigned to your territory Ensure optimal rider utilization and operational alignment Retention & Attrition: Drive rider retention strategies Proactively control and reduce rider attrition Cost & Budget Management: Prepare and manage payout models and fleet budgets Monitor fuel costs and ensure timely payouts Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in fleet or rider management Skills: Strong leadership, communication, onboarding, and problem-solving skills Education: MBA or Master's degree required Location: Preferred local candidates from Haryana Onboarding Experience: Must have direct experience onboarding riders Availability: Immediate joiners preferred What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Attractive compensation package Career Growth: Ample opportunities for growth and professional development Dynamic Work Environment: Collaborative and fast-paced work culture
