Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver food orders or documents to specified locations on time
• Ensure safe handling of items during transit
• Use GPS or mobile apps to follow the most efficient routes
• Maintain delivery logs, and collect signatures or proof of delivery
• Communicate with customers and the restaurant team regarding order updates
• Follow all road safety rules and company delivery guidelines
• Support the team with additional delivery-related tasks when needed

Duties and Expectations:

• Perform daily checks on your vehicle (fuel, brakes, lights, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safe riding at all times
• Collect payments or receipts when required
• Be polite and customer-focused during every delivery
• Available for weekend, evening, or holiday shifts when necessary

Required Skillset:

• Valid Driving License & Own Two-Wheeler
• Local Area Knowledge Mumbai
• Food/Parcel Delivery Experience
• Basic Communication (Hindi/English)
• GPS & Navigation App Proficiency
