Role & Responsibilities: Synchronizes with the ground operations team as well as Last Mile leadership team and other stakeholders to manage smooth last mile operations LMA operations, by understanding the requirements and helps fix the gaps using different channels including recruitment drives, activations at ground level, & field hiring etc. Ensuring and acquiring local vendors/retailers near the dispatch center of Delhivery at variable rates and keeping track of it Ensuring the cost of delivery is low/optimized at the regional level by guiding the team/stakeholders/ business on negotiation with vendors and applying dynamic costs for last mile delivery Identifying opportunities to collaborate with government, non-government agencies/organizations, and private entities that further the goal of building a stable last mile rider network in the region Ensuring the data sanity of respective states assigned with rider agents count and capacity promised for dispatch is maintained and is readily available Conducting field visits to ensure effective acquisition and management of last mile partners Person Specifications- Skillsets/Education: Functional Skills Operations Management, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management Experience - Relevant experience in Logistics/ Manufacturing industry. Behavioral Skills - Good communication and people management, analytical skills, task prioritization and follow-up, Hustler, Go-Getter attitude Exposure to work in /Ability to work well in a team environment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business purposes/in order to gain credibility with senior management.

Rider Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit talented riders who align with our organisation-specific requirements and culture. Onboarding the riders with required and verified documents. 2. Riders Training: Every onboarded rider is to be trained with all features of application and other grooming standard training for better experience of customers. 3. Team Management: Collaborate with the growth team to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding of riders to cater to the capacity. 4. Leadership: Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve delivery targets and exceed customer expectations. 5. Delivery Efficiency: Drive the daily live percentage of riders under your leadership to optimise delivery efficiency and reliability. 6. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, Rider onboarding capability, and problem-solving skills 3. Education: MBA/Master's degree 4. Preferred local candidates of Haryana 5.
