Minimum 7~10 years in the field of Ride Dynamics or Active /Passive Suspension Systems Product design, Must have experience of Automotive Design. Profound Knowledge of Catia V5, 3D + 2D. • Knowledge of Teamcenter-PLM (One PLM) preferred. • Deep Knowledge of Vehicle dynamics. Comprehensive understanding of the principles governing vehicle motion, handling, and stability. • Expertise in Automotive Chassis systems: thorough knowledge of suspension, Piston Valves/Valve Body ,Cradle , Shockers Passive & Fully Active, steering and braking system design and function etc. • Understanding of Design and Simulation Tools: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Tools. • Familiarity with testing Methodologies: Knowledge of various testing procedures and data analysis techniques for ride and handling evaluation. • Awareness of Automotive Standards and Regulations. • Proven Ability to Guide and Direct Engineering teams in technical projects. • Skills in planning, executing, and monitoring product development projects. • Strong Ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex technical issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. • Thinking ability to develop a along term technical vision and road map for ride dynamics products. • Ability to make sound decisions and technical judgements. • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships. • Ability to guide and develop the technical skills of team members.
