A Junior Payroll & Accounts Executive is responsible for assisting in payroll processing, basic accounting, and taxation support. The role involves maintaining employee attendance and salary records, preparing payslips, calculating statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, and ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations. The candidate supports in preparing vouchers, journal entries, and reconciling accounts. They assist senior accountants during audits and in filing GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and knowledge of MS Excel or accounting software are essential. This role provides hands-on learning in payroll management and financial compliance.
