The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the quality assurance department, including developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols. The manager will also ensure products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. Additional tasks include conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with other departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols Proficient in conducting audits and reviewing documentation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements Ability to work on-site in Noida Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Experience in the export or manufacturing industry is a plus
