You have at least 5 years of Oracle implementation experience, including a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion PPM at client locations. Your knowledge should encompass the latest industry trends in PPM-related business processes and practices. You possess a deep understanding of all Fusion PPM modules, specifically Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management. Experience in managing the PPM function of a large organization would be advantageous. You are familiar with working in a global delivery model and excel in mentoring, solution architecting, business pursuit, operations, and delivery management. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular delivery reviews and overseeing engagements where business processes are critical components. Strong negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders are essential. It is required that you are certified on Oracle PPM Cloud modules and have a solid conceptual knowledge in P2P, R2R, O2C, and A2R cycles. Experience with rapid prototyping, as well as in RICEW design and delivery, is expected. As an Infoscion, a typical day involves diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will contribute to proposal development, solution design, product configuration, and resolving queries related to requirements and design. Additionally, you will conduct demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates in line with customer budgetary requirements and organizational guidelines. Leading small projects, contributing to initiatives, and providing high-quality solutions to customers are integral parts of your role. Your ability to develop value-creating strategies, stay updated on industry trends, think logically, collaborate effectively, and understand financial processes for projects and pricing models are crucial. You should be capable of assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and suggesting technology solutions. Client interfacing skills, project management experience, team management, and domain knowledge in one or two industries are also valuable assets.,
