The Software Development Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work, focusing on SAP ABAP Development for HANA. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide technical leadership within the team, collaborate with and manage team members to ensure effective delivery of development tasks, and take responsibility for key technical decisions across multiple teams. Your role will involve delivering solutions to complex technical problems, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities, and promoting continuous improvement. You will also monitor project timelines to ensure milestones are met while upholding quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, a strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles, experience in performance tuning and optimization within SAP systems, and familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development frameworks are required. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently. The educational qualification required for this role is 15 years of full-time education. The work locations available for this position include Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
