As an Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional / Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience, you will be based in Dubai, UAE and play a crucial role in developing integrations and reports. Your responsibilities will include managing stakeholders and business teams effectively. Your primary skills will revolve around Oracle eBusiness Suite (R12.2.X) and Oracle ERP HR support, encompassing Core HR, Self Service, Time and Labour, as well as integration with multiple 3rd party applications. You will be involved in the development of RICE/CEMLI components based on change requests. Your expertise in OAF, Workflow Builder, Oracle PL/SQL, and preferably Oracle APEX will be essential for the role. You will work closely with Oracle database, focusing on the ERP domain, to create test cases, conduct system testing, and provide application support by identifying root causes and offering solutions. Ensuring comprehensive test coverage through functional and regression test cases will also be part of your responsibilities. As a Techno-Functional consultant, you will support daily ERP functions, develop code for change requests, and primarily focus on the HR business area. Your role will involve development, testing, and support activities, including working on new module implementations, development, and enhancements. Collaborating with internal teams and development partners will be crucial for the success of the projects.,
