Role & responsibilities Supervise daily rice milling, polishing, grading, and packing operations. Maintain production and stock records (raw paddy, semi-finished and finished rice). Monitor labour attendance, allocate daily work, and maintain discipline on the shop floor. Coordinate with machine operators, storekeepers, and quality department for smooth operations.
