Role & responsibilities Supervise daily rice milling, polishing, grading, and packing operations. Maintain production and stock records (raw paddy, semi-finished and finished rice). Monitor labour attendance, allocate daily work, and maintain discipline on the shop floor. Coordinate with machine operators, storekeepers, and quality department for smooth operations. Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the production area. Report daily production data and issues to the Production Manager.
