RIC RAN Developer /Telecom Systems

You are a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in RIC RAN Development and Telecom systems. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing software solutions for RAN and telecom systems, collaborating with telecom architects to define system requirements, and developing efficient and scalable code using C/C++ and Python. Additionally, you will optimize performance through the application of advanced data structures and algorithms. Your role will also involve deploying and managing applications in containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring the scalability and reliability of applications through container orchestration. You will work on implementing TCP socket programming for real-time telecom applications and secure communication protocols like IPSec for data encryption and integrity. As part of your responsibilities, you will analyze, debug, and resolve software and system-level issues, perform root cause analysis to enhance system stability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain clear documentation for designs and troubleshooting guides. To excel in this role, you must possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RAN/Telecom systems, proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python programming, a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, and expertise in Kubernetes and Docker. Additional skills such as TCP socket programming, IPSec knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and effective teamwork and communication skills are crucial for success. Preferred qualifications include experience in developing telecom-specific applications or protocols, knowledge of 5G RAN architecture and technologies, familiarity with multi-threading, parallel programming, real-time systems, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and certifications in Kubernetes, Docker, or networking protocols.,
