Role & responsibilities Perform single-core and ribbon fiber splicing . Conduct OTDR testing, power meter testing, and link validation. Execute OFC installation, termination, and structured cabling . Handle joint closure installation, patch panel dressing, and route maintenance. Identify and rectify fiber faults and losses during installation or maintenance. Coordinate with the project team for timely execution and quality compliance.
