Role OverviewAs a Junior Social Media Executive, you’ll be at the heart of Ket Kids’ storytelling. You’ll assist in planning, creating, and managing content across Instagram and other social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about fashion, kids’ lifestyle, and social media trends, with a willingness to learn and grow with a fast-scaling brand. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation of daily posts, reels, and stories for Instagram and other platforms. Assist in content calendar management—planning shoots, scheduling posts, and ensuring brand consistency. Research trending reels, audio, and formats to keep Ket Kids’ content fresh and engaging. Coordinate with photographers, models, and vendors during photoshoots and content days. Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and build a fun, warm community vibe. Track basic analytics (reach, likes, saves, shares) and share insights with the team. Work closely with the founder and marketing team to bring creative campaign ideas to life. Requirements0–2 years of experience in social media/digital marketing (internship or freelance experience acceptable). Strong interest in Instagram Reels, content creation, and digital storytelling. Creative mindset with good communication and copywriting skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot (basic editing/design skills required). Organized, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a startup environment. Bonus: An eye for kids’ fashion, lifestyle, or design trends. Title: Finance Executive – Accounts & Reconciliation (E‑commerce) Location: Dadar, Mumbai (on‑site) •) You will: Reconcile Shopify ↔ Razorpay/PayU ↔ Bank daily; track COD remittances and chargebacks. Reconcile Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart settlements: fees, commissions, returns, lost/damaged, and make claims. Maintain Zoho Books (or Tally) – sales, purchase, credit notes, inventory COGS, monthly close. File GST (GSTR‑1/3B) working; prepare TDS workings; download and map 2A/2B; raise vendor follow‑ups. Manage returns & exchanges flows (Return Prime), shipping adjustments (Shipease/Shiprocket), and debit/credit notes. Bank reconciliation, petty cash, payroll inputs; vendor and influencer payout statements. Support auditors; maintain schedules (sales, GST, advances, gratuity/leave, fixed assets). Must‑haves: Experience in e‑commerce accounting with daily payment gateway + marketplace settlements. Hands‑on with Zoho Books (or Tally), Advanced Excel (vlookup/xlookup, pivot, text to columns), GST basics. Working knowledge of Shopify exports, Razorpay reports, Amazon settlement reports.
