Knowledge of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant ( ETP) and Waste Water Treatment Plant ( WTP) Softeners, RO, Solid waste Management and Swimming Pools. Strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of marketing strategies, project management, adaptability, and proficiency with marketing software. Familiarity with government e-tendering sales coordination. · Identify and develop new business opportunities · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners. · Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients. · Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water treatment solutions. · Prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales orders. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline. · Managing key client relationships in the industrial and private sector. · Stay updated on market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities in the water treatment industry. · Handle negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions with potential clients. · Coordinate with Govt. tender client for new projects. Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients. · Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. · Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
