Role Overview We are looking for a Program Director to architect and run the daily rhythm of our 12-week founder residency. This person will lead the curriculum calendar, founder-academic interface, and program rituals — all with a sharp eye on founder experience and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Management: Own the day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and execution of all sessions, workshops, and milestones. Founder-Academic Interface: Work with subject matter experts, founders, and domain leaders to produce high-quality content and deliver it. Leadership & Partnerships: Collaborate with top-tier founders, investors, and domain mentors to co-lead sessions and drive partnerships. Execution Excellence: Ensure every week of the residency is a 10/10 on content, founder feedback, and energy.
