Role Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with proven experience in building Salesforce-native products to lead solution architecture for secure, scalable, and AppExchange-ready applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Salesforce platformincluding LWC, Apex, data modeling, managed packagingand a strong understanding of the Security Review process . This is a technical leadership role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to guide platform strategy, ensure compliance, and drive product excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for managed packagebased products. Architect scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows , and other declarative features. Own AppExchange Security Review readiness implement security controls (FLS, CRUD, stripInaccessible, sharing rules). Design robust data models with integration points to Data Cloud , Heroku , and MuleSoft or external services. Oversee complex data migrations using Data Loader, ETL platforms, and APIs. Architect solutions with offline mobile capability , event-driven design , and Shield compliance . Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, GitHub Actions, or Copado; enforce version control best practices. Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and uphold platform governance standards. Must-Have Qualifications: 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years in a technical architect role Strong experience building and deploying Salesforce Managed Packages Hands-on delivery through the Security Review process Deep experience with LWC, Apex, SOQL, Flows , and platform limits Proficient in SFDX , unlocked packaging, scratch org usage, and source-driven development Ability to design scalable architecture and troubleshoot large data migrations Nice-to-Have Skills: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect Knowledge of Salesforce Shield , Event Monitoring, and OAuth integrations Familiarity with Experience Cloud architecture and Mobile Briefcase (offline sync) Understanding of Agentforce/Service Console components like Omni-Channel, Einstein Bots Working knowledge of Data Cloud (CDP) and Customer 360 Audiences
