We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager with a background in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or a Medical field prefably a quailified Bachelor of Pharmaceutical or Medical Representative at our Mundka, Delhi office to manage and grow our business operations independently. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the company’s revenue growth through strategic business partnerships and sales initiatives for our PCD & Third Party B2B business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals. Identify and pursue new markets, clients, and distribution channels (domestic or international). Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Convert leads to sales, client communication, and convert prospects into long-term business partners. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to design campaigns and product launches. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Product Knowledge & Support: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s range of products range. Provide scientific and technical insights to clients, leveraging medical/pharma expertise. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies. Identify gaps and recommend product development opportunities. Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations related to business development including order coordination, pricing, and client communications. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and service. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
