Role & responsibilities 1. Design, develop, and maintain a scalable ACS platform managing 4M+ devices via TR-069/TR-369 protocols. 2. Work across the full stack (frontend, backend, scripting, database, server management). 3. Develop automation scripts using Rhino Script for CPE configurations, diagnostics, and firmware updates. 4. Deploy, configure, and manage ACS applications on Oracle WebLogic servers. 5. Manage Oracle database schemas, queries, and security for ACS operations. 6.
