Job Title: Export Documentation & Accounts Executive Location: Hyderabad Company: Rhett Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Healthcare / Nutraceuticals / Export-Import About the Role: Rhett Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation & Accounts Executive to manage our export documentation, coordinate with customs and banks, and support the finance team with accurate accounting entries. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth export operations and timely payments. Key Responsibilities: 📦 Export Documentation & Coordination Prepare and manage pre- and post-shipment export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, etc.). File and process shipping bills via ICEGATE and liaise with Custom House Agents (CHA) . Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs for timely dispatch of consignments. Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations and handle related documentation including eBRC , RoDTEP , etc. 🏦 Banking & Export Payments Submit required documents to the bank for export payment realization under Letter of Credit (LC) or Advance payment terms. Follow up with the bank for realization certificates and ensure payment timelines are met. Manage FIRC , eBRC documentation, and reconciliation with bank entries. 📊 Accounting & Data Entry Record export sales and payment entries in the accounting software (e.g., Tally or Zoho Books). Assist in reconciling accounts related to exports, logistics costs, and inward remittances. Maintain ledger accuracy and support monthly closing activities. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in export documentation and accounting . Hands-on experience with DGFT portal , ICEGATE , and bank submission processes . Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar). Familiarity with GST on exports, RoDTEP/MEIS schemes, and customs compliance. Preferred Qualities: Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
