SentientGeeks is looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience and demonstrated exposure to international clients and projects. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), along with a proficient command over TypeScript and RGBD development. As a valuable member of our fast-paced and agile team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining scalable, resilient web applications while collaborating with diverse cross-functional and international teams. Your responsibilities will include building and managing scalable web applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. You will engage in international client communication, encompassing requirement analysis, sprint demos, and progress reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and implementing data schemas and collections, with a focus on performance optimization through the use of indexes in MongoDB. Developing APIs, integrating Express.js middleware for various backend services, and extensively working with React.js are also key aspects of the role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring clean, modular, and well-documented code following best coding practices, as well as utilizing Node.js features for asynchronous programming. Writing and maintaining unit tests, debugging and optimizing apps, working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and participating in peer code reviews are integral parts of your duties. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer. - Proficiency in TypeScript and RGBD development. - Demonstrated experience in international client communication and global project delivery. - Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration practices. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. - Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean. Good to Have: - Experience with serverless architectures and microservices. - Working knowledge of DevOps practices and modern deployment strategies. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, or other Agile project management tools.
