Job Title: Field Sales Executive Company: Digiway Net Pvt Ltd Location: Kanpur Employment Type: Full-time Job Role We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential customers, and closing sales for our internet and digital services in assigned areas. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking. Visit residential and commercial customers to promote and sell Digiway Net broadband and digital solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral sales. Meet assigned sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects. Conduct area mapping to expand customer base and improve market penetration. Collect customer feedback to improve service and support. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager. Requirements Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred salary differentiate). 0–2 years of experience in field sales (Telecom/ISP/DTH preferred,) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Willingness to work in the field with good knowledge of local geography.
