Candidate should have 4+ years of experience in Kronos. Provide level 2 support & problem management plus RFS configuration changes for North America Europe& Asia-Pacific regions Resolve Incidents and service requests pertaining to Modules mentioned above in Workforce Central project. Adhere to WFM IT governance model (configuration naming conventions production release calendars etc.) Participate in requirement gathering for modules workforce timekeeper Scheduler Forecasting and Attestation. Involve in design and analysis phases and prepare PDD and IDD for the above modules. Performs configuration setup for each of the modules above. Involve in unit testing and SIT. Assist UAT and get sign off from client. Participate in status call. Prepare and review project status report with client. Provide guidance and support to project team. Expected to be in alignment with customer and Project Manager Must have worked in Project for the modules listed: Workforce Timekeeper Workforce Scheduler Workforce Forecaster & Attestation modules with hands on experience for development and troubleshooting. Prior experience in other Kronos Modules desired / nice to have Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills Solid verbal and written communication skills Looking for 0 60 days of notice period.
