You will play a crucial role in realizing the strategic direction of the Business Development function, with the primary objective of achieving Growth and Profitability goals. Your meticulous and diligent approach in preparing and negotiating proposals will be essential in executing the Strategy in alignment with MAPL's Vision and Customer expectations. It will be your responsibility to promote Brand Culture and create Opportunities to foster a culture of Innovation. Your key responsibilities will include executing the Strategic Plan on a Short to Medium-Term basis, identifying Growth Opportunities, and leading Business Development in identifying new business opportunities. You will also be tasked with ensuring the implementation of commercial settlements with Customers and facilitating a systematic handover of awarded business to Project Management. Brand Management, Customer Relationship Management, and creating a healthy work environment and growth plan for subordinates will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to create Opportunities for Innovation, track and analyze Costing pre and post Nomination, and handle RFQs and negotiations. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 6+ years in Sales & Marketing functions specifically within the Automotive sector. Exposure to Automotive, Polymers, and Engineering industries will be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
