Role Overview: As a Bid Manager at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for managing medium to large, complex, and strategic deals by creating winning proposals and presentations. You will lead the pursuit process end-to-end, from qualification to solution finalization, proposal submission, contract formalization, and handover from sales to delivery. Your experience in managing small to large ITO multi-tower deals will be crucial in maximizing win and close rates through the appropriate usage of all levers and orchestrating competitive and compelling solutions in collaboration with sales, commercial, and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the bid process by engaging core bid team, delivery experts, third party vendors, alliance partners, and other resources to create an integrated solution and proposal response. - Collaborate with functional PreSales Lead to bring market and competitor intelligence into the bid team, understand prospect/customer pain areas and key drivers, and challenge solution, costing, and pricing as needed. - Drive win themes, solution, and commercial workshops to differentiate WNS against competition and formalize key value messages. - Evaluate proposed solutions from a commercial and sales perspective, plan deal reviews, finalize deal economics and contracts, and review business development cost investments. - Ensure consistent application of the PreSales and Bid Management Framework to all assigned pursuits. Qualifications: - Graduate with a good academic background, preferably in IT. - Proven experience in managing medium to large deals and creating winning proposals. - Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and capability/solution content. - Ability to develop customer solutions, demonstrations, and POCs to support sales strategies.
