The role requires an Automation Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience at M level and 8 years at SM level. The candidate must have a proven track record of leading QA transformation initiatives at the enterprise level and driving technology outcomes for large QA programs. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to develop QA strategy for digital and enterprise applications, drive business development, and lead solutioning efforts. Key responsibilities include leading technology and automation teams, conducting research in new areas such as Cloud and AI, and overseeing multiple technology tracks including Automation testing, Service Virtualization, AI for QA, Test data management, and Cloud. The candidate should focus on building capabilities for new offerings in the QA technology space, providing thought leadership through innovation and whitepapers, and establishing governance and operating models for large QA programs. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling RFP orals, driving customer conversations, managing large teams, and overseeing account-level activities. The position requires a strategic thinker who can provide valuable insights, drive innovation, and effectively manage resources to meet project objectives.
