Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic RFP Specialist to manage and execute the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, compliant, and customized proposals that help win new business and retain existing clients. Role & responsibilities RFP Management: Lead the development, coordination, and timely submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests. Content Development: Write, edit, and format persuasive content that aligns with client needs, company capabilities, and value propositions. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, subject matter experts (SMEs), product, legal, finance, and operations to gather required information. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all proposals meet client requirements and comply with internal policies and industry regulations. Content Library Management: Maintain and update a knowledge base of standard proposal content, templates, case studies, and FAQs. Proposal Strategy: Help develop win themes and competitive messaging tailored to each opportunity. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in the proposal process to increase efficiency and success rate. Reporting: Track proposal activity, submission deadlines, win/loss ratios, and provide insights to sales leadership. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-7 years of experience in a similar proposal, bids, or RFP writing role. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to convey technical information clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint; experience with RFP software tools.

Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager / Engineer Tendering & Costing (Electrical T&D) Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: [Hyderabad] Industry: Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) – EPC Projects Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (PG in Power Systems or Management is an added advantage) Job Overview: We are looking for a technically proficient and detail-oriented Tendering & Costing Engineer/Manager to join our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business unit. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating tender documents, preparing competitive bids, estimating project costs, and supporting the business development team with techno-commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities: Tendering: Analyze tender/RFQ/RFP documents from utilities like PGCIL, NTPC, SEBs, etc. Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis of T&D tenders (up to 400kV). Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, contracts, finance) for bid preparation. Prepare detailed BOQ and ensure technical and commercial compliance. Support pre-bid queries, site assessments, and clarifications. Cost Estimation: Develop cost estimation sheets for T&D projects including material, manpower, equipment, logistics, and overheads. Source vendor and subcontractor quotations for key components (transformers, towers, cables, insulators, etc.). Maintain updated costing databases, pricing benchmarks, and project estimation templates. Proposal Development: Draft technical and commercial proposals ensuring alignment with client expectations. Highlight deviations, assumptions, and compliance matrices. Support value engineering efforts to optimize cost and maximize bid competitiveness. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Transmission Line & Substation systems (33kV to 400kV). Familiarity with SLDs, GA drawings, tower spotting, and layout planning. Experience working with tender portals (GEM, e-Tendering, SECI, PGCIL, state DISCOMs). Proficient in Excel (including estimation templates), MS Project, and AutoCAD (basic). Good understanding of contract clauses, pricing strategies, and taxation (GST, duties). Team player with strong documentation and communication skills.
