As a Design Manager - Landscape Architect at Isprava, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing outdoor spaces in the realm of Real Estate and Residential Luxury Villas. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to timelines for various activities such as drawing approvals, sample approvals, and more in alignment with project timelines. It will be vital to guarantee that designs, BOQ, and material selections stay within the allocated budget while achieving milestones within the targeted timelines. You will be tasked with maintaining standards for reviewing designs, managing design approvals, conducting management presentations, and updating data in trackers. Regular site visits will be essential to evaluate execution based on drawings and identify any snags. Additionally, you will need to clear RFIs and manage drawings for key projects by collaborating with external consultants. Coordination with procurement, project, and site teams will be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of materials based on site requirements. Collaborating with the Sales team to align on client expectations and initiating process improvements to enhance efficiencies will also be part of your role. Your active participation in learning and development initiatives, as well as living the values of Isprava, will contribute to the overall organizational culture.
