Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. 5. Market Insight & Competitive Analysis Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Strategic Input: Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to inform strategy and product development. 6. Sales Reporting & CRM Management Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and proposal statuses in the CRM system. Performance Tracking: Regularly report on sales metrics and progress toward targets.
