As part of this dynamic group, you will play a key role in validating and characterizing the performance of wireless systems across various technologies to ensure industry conformance, regulatory compliance, carrier requirements, and user needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing validation and characterization test plans, analyzing test results, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with vendors and suppliers, and supporting manufacturing tests for Apple products. Key qualifications for this role include practical knowledge of at least one Connectivity Wireless technology (such as WLAN, BT, UWB, or Thread), familiarity with industry standards (such as 802.11, Bluetooth SIG, and 802.15 requirements), understanding of RF parametrics, hands-on experience with wireless testing and RF lab equipment, and strong communication skills.
