We are looking for a dedicated and creative individual to join our Network Operation Center (NOC) team in Bengaluru. This role will require availability during evenings and weekends. As a NOC Analyst 1, your primary responsibilities will include monitoring, detecting issues, and implementing appropriate recovery actions across various commercially in-service Wireless Commercial networks, encompassing macro, venue, and in-building systems. This involves documenting issues by opening tickets, collaborating with T2 support, recreating customer problems in labs, and engaging directly with customers. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Deliver technical support to customers in response to emergency calls or service requests for troubleshooting and repair - Create and maintain detailed documentation for each ticket - Establish and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) labs - Regularly monitor, adjust, and maintain customer systems as required - Conduct network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or 1-2 years of prior experience in NOC/Telecom/IT - Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities - Familiarity with routers, layer 2/3 switches, and other networking devices - Proficiency in office suite applications like Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, etc. - Proficient in CentOS 7/8 - Knowledge of Linux operating systems command-line interface (CLI) - Understanding of Firewalls and VPNs - RF knowledge is a bonus - Availability to work evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.,
