Monitor network performance and security, making necessary adjustments to configurations as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and best practices to recommend improvements. Skills and Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in wireless network engineering or related field. Proficiency in wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi 6, 802.11ac/ax standards, and wireless security protocols. Strong understanding of RF principles and site survey techniques. Experience with network design tools and simulation software. Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and related networking technologies. Certification in wireless networking (e.g., CWNA, CWSP, CCNA Wireless) is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with network monitoring tools.
