RF Engineer

As an RF Coil Engineer at ViewRay Systems, your primary objective will be contributing to the development of novel cancer therapy systems to combat cancer. Your responsibilities will include designing MRI RF coils and interfaces, participating in the design of MRI spectrometer and interface PCBs, and conducting hands-on prototyping for concepts or test fixtures as needed. Additionally, you will provide technical support to external design and manufacturing partners, demonstrating a willingness to understand system components and various engineering aspects from design to production. Your role will also involve being actively involved in integrating system components and adhering to ViewRay Systems" design control practices. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of industry experience. A strong background in Electromagnetics, proficiency in using Matlab, and education/experience related to Radio Frequency design are essential requirements. You should possess an aptitude for root cause investigation and problem analysis, along with the ability to create technical documentation. Preferred qualifications include experience in designing RF coils for MRI systems, particularly at low field strengths, familiarity with regulated environments and design controls, and proficiency in E&M simulation software such as Faraday, Ansys, or COMSOL. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, India. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mohali before commencing work. The work schedule is during day shifts. Ideally, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the electrical industry.
