The ideal candidate for this position (Job Code: FAE 1209-04) in Bangalore should possess a Degree in Electronic Engineering (Masters preferred) from a reputed University, with a focus on Microwave and RF circuits. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in RF & Microwave circuit design is required, including experience in both Rx & Tx, as well as Lab bench test proficiency with RF test equipment. Additionally, the candidate should have 4+ years of experience in Field Applications, Field Sales, or Product Marketing Engineering. Familiarity with RF & Microwave products ranging from MHz to millimeter wave GHz is necessary. Knowledge of RF and Microwave products such as high power silicon RF BiPolar, LDMOS, VDMOS, MOSFET transistors, RF SiC transistors, silicon, and GaAs varactor, Schottky, and pin diodes is also important. The position involves providing on-site technical support for troubleshooting and qualification activities, keeping customers informed about legacy products and new product roadmaps, tracking new business opportunities and samples, and conducting market research intelligence exercises to gather competitor information. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, eager to learn about new product offerings, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have the ability to develop and maintain business for assigned product lines. Travel to customer locations for demand creation purposes is essential, so the candidate must have a passport and be willing to travel internationally for technical training from international partners.
