You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network issues. You will monitor various parameters such as Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR), Flap-list, and trace the RF spectrum for ingress source. Additionally, you will monitor network health and schedule proactive network maintenance. You will attend to modem/fibre customer complaints and resolve network, optical nodes, and RF amplifiers issues. It will be your responsibility to submit details of the material installed in the network. You will also coordinate with Call cord for closure network activities. Moreover, you will route the last mile cable from the distribution point to the modem location, testing RF parameters inside the customer's residence/office. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift with shift allowance and a yearly bonus.,
