We’re looking for a creative and dynamic Motion Graphic Designer Intern who can bring ideas to life through engaging animations and captivating video content — from animated social media stories to explainer videos, digital ads, and product demos. Your work will shape the visual narrative of RewardsPlus and our client projects, ensuring every story is told with impact. ✨ What You’ll Do Create high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms (social media posts, explainer videos, product demos, ads, presentations). Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn concepts into compelling visuals. Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all animations. Manage projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines effectively. Stay updated on the latest motion design trends and animation techniques. Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and storytelling initiatives. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro. A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing creativity and motion design skills. Good understanding of animation principles, typography, composition & color theory. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. Bonus: Skills in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, 3D animation (Blender), or audio editing. Self-starter with passion for animation & attention to detail. 💼 What You’ll Get Hands-on Experience : Work on live projects for clients in retail, e-commerce, fashion, and tech. Stipend : ₹7500/month + performance-based incentives. Certificate of Completion upon successful internship.
